Better Version was born from experience working with people of all ages, fitness levels, and at different stages of life — from complete beginners to athletes. Here, proven training methods meet a practical approach to motivation, habit building, and strengthening self-confidence.

Mission and Vision

My Mission is to support people in becoming the strongest version of themselves – physically and mentally.
I combine proven training methods with simple tools for mindset, habit-building, and self-leadership. It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress that actually fits your life.

My Vision is to create a space where fitness is more than just workouts. It’s a way to gain clarity, energy, and control – to live better, move better, and feel proud of who you’re becoming.

Here we train not just to get better at training, but above all to get better at life.

About me

My name is Jan

I am a certified personal trainer with international experience across Europe, the USA, and Australia. Over the past years, I’ve worked with clients ranging from beginners to competitive athletes, helping them build strength, discipline, and long-term motivation. My approach blends effective training techniques with mindset tools like habit-building, confidence coaching, and clear goal-setting. I believe fitness should empower you – not just physically, but in the way you live, think, and grow.

    This is not about quick results or generic plans.
    Working with me is a process – based on awareness, understanding, and consistent progress.

    Individual training

    Individual training tailored to you – your abilities, lifestyle and goals. For people who want to exercise wisely, regularly and with the feeling that they are not alone. Online training is also possible.

    1:1 Mentoring – body & mindset

    Physical training + consultations on goals, discipline, motivation and habits. We work at your pace - so that the body and mind strengthen in parallel. For those who want to take care of themselves more holistically.

    Training program

    You get an individual (six-week) training plan + weekly consultations. For those who are able to do it on their own, and the basis of the plan to achieve the goal.

    There are no obligations — we simply take a moment to see if and how I can support you.
    It’s also a space for you — to ask, to share, to speak openly.
